Refunds & delivery

Delivery

• Nothing is shipped. A slot is a visit and the posts that come from it, so there is no shipping or delivery charge. The price on the board is the whole price.
• Straight after payment. Once your payment clears, I email you a private link to book your session.
• Within 14 days. You book a session (a published date, 9am or 2pm) within 14 days of paying. I remind you on day 7, 11 and 13.
• On the day. I come to your office in the Klang Valley at the session you booked.
• About a week later. The video goes up about a week after the visit, and you see it first. Your name, logo and link stay on the board for good.
• No. 20, the Finale. Its lunch takes place in 2027, on a date agreed with the winning buyer.

Refunds

• Slots are non-refundable, except where I cancel through no fault of yours, or where the law requires it. If I decline or cancel because I judge the content would be unsuitable, and that's not your fault, you're refunded in full.
• No refund if:
  • you don't book a session within 14 days of paying (the slot is forfeited);
  • your office is outside the Klang Valley, so the visit can't happen; or
  • I find after payment that your business is one I don't work with (gambling, tobacco or vaping, illegal money games or lending, or anything unlawful).
• Charged in error. If you're charged twice, or charged for a number you didn't get, the extra charge is refunded in full.
• How and when. I start any refund that is due within 7 days, back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show it, typically 5 to 10 working days.
• Finale offers. If your offer for No. 20 isn't accepted, you pay nothing.
