Eat At Your Office is operated by Jenschannel Enterprise (SSM registration 202503278765), of 3.03, Wisma New Asia, Jalan Raja Chulan, Bukit Ceylon, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Contact: hello(@)eatatyouroffice.com, or WhatsApp me (messages only). In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Jenschannel Enterprise. “You” means the company or person buying a slot.

This site is built and run by Upstack Studio Sdn. Bhd. (SSM registration 201701016784), of 3.03, Wisma New Asia, Jalan Raja Chulan, Bukit Ceylon, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Jenschannel Enterprise appointed it to do so. It also collects payments for slots on Jenschannel Enterprise's behalf, through its payment processor, Airwallex. So your card statement shows Upstack Studio or EAT AT YOUR OFFICE.

Part A: Slot Terms

  • What a slot is. A slot includes:
    • a visit from me (Jen, in person) to your office in the Klang Valley, at a session you book (a published date, 9am or 2pm);
    • one edited video on Eat At Your Office's Instagram and TikTok;
    • one thing of yours featured in it;
    • a ~30-minute livestream on Eat At Your Office's Instagram;
    • three Instagram stories; and
    • your name, logo, link and published view counts on the public board, permanently.
    An Instagram Collab post with @jenjen_jengg is not part of a slot. On No. 1–19 it is a RM3,800 add-on, offered once, at checkout. It can't be added afterwards. It is on Instagram only; other platforms carry the video on my own accounts. I don't guarantee any level of views, reach or clicks. The numbers on the board are historical, not a forecast. Views are the numbers Instagram and TikTok report for each post. Clicks are counted by this site.
  • Klang Valley only. A slot is for an office in the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and the Selangor towns around them, up to Rawang). Seremban and Nilai are outside it. You confirm that yours is in it at checkout (for No. 20, when you make an offer). If it isn't, but your company also has an office in the Klang Valley, the visit can be at that one. Otherwise the visit can't happen, and the slot is cancelled with no refund.
  • Price, numbers and dates. The prices of Nos. 1–19 rise as slots sell and never decrease. No. 20 sells by offer (see Part B). There are no discounts, to anyone. Your number is set by payment order. It fixes your price only, not your date (except No. 20, which is always last). I hold the next number for 4 minutes while you fill in checkout, and for 30 minutes from the moment you reach payment. Nothing else reserves anything.
  • Payment. You pay at checkout, by card (Visa or Mastercard), or by instant bank transfer where checkout offers it. Upstack Studio Sdn. Bhd. collects the payment on my behalf, through its payment processor for a card, or into the bank account named on the payment page for a transfer. The slot is confirmed only once the funds clear. For a transfer that is when I see it in the account, and your number is held for the time the payment page shows. Send the exact amount with your reference. Made a mistake in your details? Email me and I'll put it right.
  • Booking within 14 days. After your payment clears, I email you a private booking link. Your visit must be booked within 14 days of paying. I remind you by email on day 7, 11 and 13. After day 14 the link closes, and the visit and the posts that come from it lapse. No refund is due. You keep your number and your place on the board. Your number can't be sold again, because the price ladder has moved past it, and I can't hold sessions open for a visit that may never be booked.
  • Rescheduling and access. Once booked, a date may be changed once, with at least 7 working days' notice, subject to availability. If I ever need to move a session you've booked, I'll contact you personally to agree a new one. If I can't offer you a new session within 30 days, I refund what you paid, less the payment processor's fees. If I offer you sessions in that time and you don't take one, the visit lapses and no refund is due. You'll give me and any crew safe access, and written permission to film. You're responsible for consent from anyone on your premises who appears on camera. You may provide the food if you can. Otherwise, I order food in and you prepare nothing.
  • Content and creative control. The content is published about a week after filming. You choose one thing for me to promote. Beyond that, I control the content. You see the edit first. The only change I accept is a factual correction about your company or campaign. I own the content. You get a licence to re-share it unaltered, with the disclosure intact, for 12 months. Paying to boost or promote it needs my consent first, by WhatsApp or email. What I say as Jen is my own opinion and isn't for sale. Every post carries #Ad in its caption, and that is non-negotiable.
  • Who I don't work with. No gambling, tobacco or vaping, illegal money games or lending, or any unlawful business. Alcohol is fine. If I discover an excluded category after payment, the slot is cancelled with no refund. I may also decline or cancel at my discretion if I judge the content would be unsuitable. Where that's not your fault, I refund in full.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where I cancel through no fault of yours, or where the law requires it. Buying a slot for an office outside the Klang Valley is not covered by that exception. If you're charged twice, or charged for a number you didn't get, the extra charge is refunded in full. Where a refund is due, I start it within 7 days, to the card or account you paid with. See Refunds & delivery.
  • Your name and logo. You licence me to use your business name and logo on the site, in the content and in publicity. Your board listing is permanent and stays up after the campaign ends. You confirm that you have the right to grant this, and that your supplied link is lawful.
  • Liability. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or injury caused by my negligence, or any liability that can't lawfully be limited. Otherwise my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your slot or RM5,000, whichever is more, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Your data. I collect your business contact details and a mobile number to deliver your slot. I use them for booking and delivery messages, not marketing, unless you separately agree.
  • Law. These terms are governed by Malaysian law. The Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Part B: Site Terms

  • The petition wall. Anyone may submit a wish naming a company.
    • Submissions are free and non-binding. They create no obligation on me to visit anyone.
    • Every submission is reviewed by a person before it appears on the wall. Until then, only people with its link can see it. They see the company name and the number of signatures, not the wish, and they can sign it there.
    • I may decline or remove anything, for any reason, without explanation.
    • Submissions must be wishes, not allegations. No statements about hygiene, safety, finances or staff treatment, and no naming individuals. Don't submit anything untrue, defamatory, obscene, grossly offensive or unlawful. The company box is for the company's name only.
    • By submitting, you confirm the wish is your own, and you let me publish it.
    • Any company, or anyone named, can have an entry removed by emailing hello(@)eatatyouroffice.com. I take it down within 24 hours, no questions asked.
    • Wishes are published as submitted by members of the public. They are not my statements. No company listed has any involvement with this campaign unless it says so.
    • To count one signature per person, I set a cookie holding a random ID on your browser. I store only a scrambled version of it, and of your IP address, never the originals.
  • Slot No. 20: the Finale. It opens only after Nos. 1–19 sell. Its lunch takes place in 2027, on a date agreed with the winning buyer.
    • This is an invitation to make offers for my own service. It is not a sale by auction, and no auctioneer is involved. Submitting an offer creates no contract.
    • I choose No. 20's buyer on fit for the video as well as amount. I may accept a lower offer, accept none, or close offers early. The minimum step between offers only keeps the list readable. The top offer has no right to be accepted. No offer binds me until I confirm acceptance in writing.
    • My acceptance is on condition you pay within 48 hours. If you don't, it lapses and I may accept another offer. A payment that arrives after that is refunded in full.
    • If your offer isn't accepted, you pay nothing.
    • The winning buyer receives everything above, plus the @jenjen_jengg Instagram collaboration, plus a second video of my donation handover. The first video is the same office lunch video every buyer gets. The second is the donation handover, which I film the way I choose. There are two videos in total.
    • I film the handover with the charity's agreement, where and how it allows. No child is shown. If it can't be filmed there, I film it another way, and you still get the second video.
  • The Finale donation. You are buying a slot. You are not making a donation.
    • No part of your payment is collected for, held for or passed to any charity on your behalf.
    • Where No. 20 sells, I donate half of what I receive for it to OrphanCare Foundation: half of the price paid, after the payment processor's fees on that payment. Nothing else comes off, no tax and no other costs. If you pay by bank transfer, there is no processor fee, so it is half of the full price. If I name other registered children's charities on this site before offers close, I say how the half is split, and the total is still half. I pay within 7 days of the funds clearing, and publish each charity's receipt on this site, with the price, the fees, the amount donated and the date.
    • The donation is made by me, in my name, from my own revenue. The charity's receipt is issued to me.
    • If No. 20 isn't sold, no donation arises.
    • If your offer includes it (offers of RM35,000 and above), your team may appear in the handover video, if the charity agrees.
    • Whether or not it does, you agree not to describe the donation as made by you or on your behalf, in any post, video, press material or otherwise. You also agree not to claim any tax deduction or relief for it.
  • Changes. I may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the version that applies to your purchase.
